PRICES AND PAYMENT
We receive payment with MobilePay, Dankort VISA and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are incl. VAT.

Any extra payments for e.g. freight will be calculated and shown immediately before you are ready to pay.

KVITTERING FOR BESTILLING OG ORDREBEKRÆFTELSE
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt per. e-mail regarding your order. However, a binding legal purchase agreement has not been entered into until you have received an “order confirmation and receipt” from us. We therefore have the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Exhibiting items on the online store does not constitute an offer, but an invitation to make an offer.

DELIVERY
Usually the goods are shipped within 2-14 days. Delivery time depends on whether the jewelry is in stock or must be manufactured first. You will be notified of the expected delivery time in the order confirmation.

When delivering products, you must immediately inspect these and in the event of errors or defects complain to us immediately after.

After delivery, the responsibility and risk for the products rests solely with you as the buyer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation should arise, just as any payment or reservation made on a means of payment will be returned / canceled.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect / error. We cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

REFUND OF PAYMENT
The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. Do you have e.g. paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used at the time of purchase.

SPECIAL TERMS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please note that if you buy custom-made jewelery according to your own specifications via our website, the rules on right of withdrawal do not apply. By entering into this agreement, you agree that the right of withdrawal applies only until we begin the production of your order. The time for this will appear on the order confirmation.

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from that day;
– When you receive the order.
– You received the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.
– You received the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.
– You received the first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

Return costs must be borne by you.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. e-mail to mail.syppli.com. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return form.

You can not regret the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a clear personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Items where the seal is broken.

RETURN
Upon return, right of complaint and use of the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition is faster if you also fill in and enclose our Return Note.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
Shipments are not received per. cash on delivery or similar terms.

STATUS OF PRODUCT WHEN RETURNING
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way in which it works. If the item is sealed and the seal or seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.

If the item is used in addition to what is described, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you only get part or nothing of the purchase amount back. Whether you get an amount returned depends on the commercial value of the item on receipt of the returned. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it or breaking the seal.

NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because

  • you have actually taken the item into use,
  • it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
  • you have handled the product in a different way than was necessary to determine the nature of the products, their properties and the way in which they work;
  • you have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from product type, etc.

REFUND
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.

In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

Access to data as well as change, update or remove data

As a customer, you have the right to access your collected data categories (Articles 15, 16 and 17) and you can object to the registration in accordance with the relevant rules of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon relevant request, we will update, change or remove personal information that we check, subject to compliance with legislation.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repeated, require disproportionate technical intervention (e.g. development of a new system or significant change to existing processes) or affect the personal data of other individuals.
